Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping rates
- $4.95 flat rate on orders under $35 (for example, a single bottle)
- Free shipping on orders of $35 or more, including the Buy 2 Get 1 Free and Buy 3 Get 2 Free bundles
Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days, and most orders arrive within 7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak seasons.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it on the carrier's website.
Changing or canceling an order
Need to change your address or cancel? Email support@tryoffday.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but once an order has shipped we can't change or cancel it.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, see our Refund Policy. You can choose a replacement or a refund.
