Where's my order?

Orders are packed within 24 hours. Shipping usually takes 6–10 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

How do returns work?

You have 60 days to try OFF DAY. If it's not for you, email us and we'll send return instructions. Once it's back, we'll refund you. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

My order arrived damaged or never showed up.

Sorry about that! Email us with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged) and you can choose a free replacement or a refund.

Which scent should I choose?
